Marina is a yoga devotee, easy-going and peaceful nature and animal lover. Recognizing the spiritual, mental and emotional benefits of regular, devoted yoga practice, it came natural to her to dedicate her being to the discipline of yoga.
After many years of practice, she was certified to teach Hatha Vinyasa yoga (E-RYT200) under the Yogashala Institute School in Spain, according to the standards of Yoga Alliance. Following her inner calling, in 2017 she went to Mysore, India, and did her advanced Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training (RYT300) at Nirvana Yoga Shala, by the guidance of her teachers Surya Vatsa and Swami Deva Arhato. In the summer of 2018, she met with the Thai Yoga Bodywork for the first time in India, where she was delighted by the benefits of the treatment itself and the meditative experience it provides. This was the reason for the completion of a certified training for Thai Yoga Bodywork, which is also licensed by the Ministry of Health in Thailand.
She is continuously traveling to Mysore, to study and practice yoga with various, authentic yoga teachers. Currently Marina lives in Skopje, Macedonia, where she owns her yoga studio and frequently conducts yoga workshops, courses and yoga teacher training. Her personal practice is dedicated to the Ashtanga method, while her lessons are according to the mobility, the strength, as well as her student’s body and mind flexibility.
